Refund policy

Return and Exchange Conditions: 

Return of quality goods, based on the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania and the resolution of the Government of the Republic of Lithuania (2014-07-22) regarding the approval of retail trade rules and the Retail Trade Rules themselves.

In the event that the Consumer enters into a purchase-sale contract (hereinafter the Contract) using only means of communication (distance contract) and therefore cannot exercise the right established by law to inspect the goods and evaluate the nature of the services provided before concluding the contract, he has the right to withdraw from the purchase-sale contract by notifying the Seller in writing within 14 (fourteen) days from the day of delivery of the goods. If the Buyer has purchased several goods under one Contract, he has the right to fully withdraw from all goods purchased under one Contract or only some of the goods purchased under one Contract. The specified period of 14 (fourteen) days for submitting a written request begins to count from the day of transfer of the goods to the Buyer or his authorized representative and is not extended or in any way associated with the transfer or return of goods to the Seller or another person for reasons beyond the control of the Seller.

Quality goods can be returned within 14 days if: 

  • the returned item is in its original neat packaging;
  • the item is unused and undamaged;
  • the item has not lost its commercial appearance (labels are not damaged, protective films, bags, etc. are intact);
  • the returned item is complete;
  • a purchase document is provided for the returned item (if available)

(*time is counted from the start of delivery to the recipient and cannot be extended)

Important! Money for the transport costs of returned goods is not refunded.

The shipping costs for returning defective/faulty goods are covered by the Seller.

To return an item, please send a request to info@Losmados.com, indicating: your details (name, surname, account number, bank name), reason for return. To exchange - send a request indicating the item, size, amount.
